Jouri  Almowannas is a Trainee Associate at WAN & Partners with experience in advising on various legal matters under Saudi laws and regulations. She conducts legal research and supports drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as advising on investment fund–related matters.

Her experience includes assisting with real estate funds, preparing board minutes and resolutions for investment funds, contributing to Legal Due Diligence (LDD) reports, providing labor law advice, and supporting matters governed by the Capital Market Authority regulations.
