Mohammad Adaileh is an Associate at WAN & Partners specializing in corporate and commercial law, with experience in transactional matters, project finance, and regulatory advisory. He has advised clients across the energy, infrastructure, banking, and real estate sectors, supporting complex transactions involving governmental entities, financial institutions, and multinational corporations.

His experience includes advising on the structuring and development of major PPP, infrastructure, and energy projects, including renewable energy and water sector projects; assisting with major finance transactions, including credit facilities and related finance documentation; and advising on infrastructure and telecommunications projects involving cross-border regulatory and licensing matters. He has also worked on M&A transactions, including legal due diligence and preparing principal transaction documents for M&A and project-related transactions.
