Amani Al Zahrani is a Trainee Associate at WAN & Partners and holds an LLB in Commercial Law from Prince Sultan University. She has hands-on experience across a wide range of legal and regulatory matters under Saudi law, including conducting in-depth legal research, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, assisting with company incorporation and related corporate documentation, and supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions. Amani also manages power of attorney authorizations, has full access to government platforms for legal and administrative services, and advises on matters governed by Capital Market Authority regulations.
