Dana Alsubaie is a Trainee Associate at WAN & Partners with experience advising on a broad range of Saudi laws and regulations, with a particular focus on legislative enactment. She conducts legal research and supports drafting, amending, and reviewing legal documents to ensure regulatory compliance.

Her experience includes providing legal consultations in areas such as intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and government tenders and procurement, as well as assisting with Legal Due Diligence (LDD) reports and transactions involving the transfer of company capital ownership to the Public Investment Fund.
