Saad is a Senior Associate at WAN & Partners, with a deep knowledge and experience in government related matters. He gained his extensive experience through working in many law firms before locally and abroad and the Institution of Public Administration (IPA). Saad has been working on advising many governmental entities, State-Owned Companies and regular companies on legislation related matters, contractual related matters, disputes related matters, labor related matters, to tenders and procurement related matters, M&A related matters.
