Hala Alsheikh is a Trainee associate at WAN & Partners. 

Hala has experience in multiple types of agreements for a diverse range of clients including corporations, government entities, and non-profit organizations, providing comprehensive advice to international clients and performs in-depth due diligence reviews and offers support in the legal process concerning government fund investments and merger & acquisition transactions. Hala also has experience in compliance matters, corporate governance, and setting the Legal Framework for government entities, starting from providing the legal support to set their organizational structure and establishment.

Hala also worked on legal due diligence reviews and drafting prospectus sections for several high-profile companies to support in the legal process in preparation for their initial public offerings and advising large corporate entities, investment banking clients and government related entities in relation to corporate financing, real estate financing and Islamic and structured finance products.
